Puce Mary is Danish experimental and noise artist, best known for her piercing live performances and full-length releases on Copenhagen’s Posh Isolation and Berlin’s PAN records. Based between Los Angeles and Denmark and frequently performing around the world, Frederikke Hoffmeier represents a new era of industrial, noise and experimental music, taking a very thoughtful and emotional approach to the slow-evolving layers of distorted sound.
During Puce Mary’s tour with The Drought released on PAN in 2018, the artist takes a walk with the photographer Tereza Mundilová. Tereza’s intimate shots tell a story of one night in the shadowy streets of Kreuzberg. Over months this first meeting evolved as a chain of conversations and resulted in another story — Frederikke’s mix for Borshch.
